Everything you need to know
What is Vistora Exit?
A platform that transfers your instalment contract to a new buyer, so you get back what you paid the developer instead of cancelling and losing the developer's deduction.
How much do I get back as an owner?
You get exactly what you actually paid the developer — no premium, no cut — and you pay the platform nothing.
What does the buyer pay?
The buyer pays the owner what the owner paid the developer, plus a 2% platform fee on the contract value only when the transfer completes, then continues the remaining instalments with the developer.
Are my identity and documents public?
No. The contract and receipts are private to the review team, names show as first name only and contact details are never exchanged on the site.
Are there other fees?
The developer may charge its own transfer/administrative fees per its policy; those are separate from Vistora's fee and are shown to both sides before completion.
Is the market figure an official valuation?
No. It is the owner's own estimate — not a valuation by Vistora or a licensed appraiser.
Ready to start?
Vistora Exit is a coordination service: the transfer is subject to the developer's approval, policy and fees, and the platform cannot guarantee approval. Calculator figures are estimates.
