Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

At vistoraeg.com we respect your privacy and protect your personal data under the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and your rights. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: full name, e-mail, mobile number (and whether your e-mail or number has been confirmed), and your password (stored irreversibly hashed).
• Consent record: terms version, acceptance date, IP address and browser type at sign-up, as evidence of acceptance and to protect the account.
• Contact data: what you provide when sending an enquiry, booking or consultation request.
• Vistora Direct: developer, project, time slot, call type, your note (phone numbers, e-mails and links are masked), the call status and timings, and your rating. We do not record audio or video.
• Vistora Exit: unit details and amounts paid and remaining, the contract and receipts (stored in a private folder, seen only by the review team), optional unit photos (location metadata is removed and they are shown publicly only after approval), and interests with the buyer's readiness and message (phone numbers, e-mails and links masked).
• ROI calculator: computed inside your browser; your inputs are not sent to our servers and are not stored.
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches, device and browser information.

3. How we use your data

• To create and secure your account, and to send the activation code and account notifications by e-mail (and by WhatsApp when it is enabled).
• To answer your enquiries, schedule Vistora Direct calls and connect you with the right team.
• To send recommendations, offers and the newsletter (only if you subscribe).
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to improve the services and security.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only as necessary with:

• The e-mail delivery provider (Brevo) to deliver activation codes and notifications — it receives your e-mail address and the message text.
• The WhatsApp messaging provider (Meta WhatsApp Cloud API or another provider we designate) when WhatsApp verification or notifications are enabled — it receives your mobile number and the message text.
• The call provider (Jitsi) to carry audio and video in Vistora Direct — it may process your IP address and technical connection data.
• The developer sales team you booked with: they see only your first name plus the initial of your surname, the project and your masked note — never your number or e-mail.
• Vistora Exit: a unit's owner sees your first name plus the initial of your surname, your readiness and your message only when you send interest — never your number or e-mail — and buyers see a unit without the owner's identity or documents. The Vistora team contacts both sides.
• Hosting, e-mail, maps and content-delivery providers, or authorities where legally required.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to remember your language and sign-in session and to improve the site. You can disable them in your browser, which may break some features.

6. Security and retention

We apply technical and organisational measures: hashed passwords, 6-digit code verification at sign-up, rate limiting, an application firewall and restricted access. We keep account data while the account exists and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, or withdraw consent to marketing messages, at any time. You can edit your details and number from your account page, or write to us with any request.
